The price is dependent upon the size that you want the finished portrait to be, catering to your specific desires and space where it will be displayed. Each piece is hand-painted with watercolors and gouache that honors your beautiful home.
Commissions require a 50% deposit before we can start the process. To start, please choose the size that you would like and then choose the deposit option.
Each painting comes UNFRAMED. I believe it is best for the customer to decide what frame suits their painting and home the best. I can certainly provide advise regarding options, mat colors, frame size, etc.
Commission Process
I want you to be fully involved in the creative process for your painting. My process starts with discussing your homes unique features and sending pictures that capture it's best light. :) I will share 1-2 sketches of what your painting will look like for your approval. Once the portrait is painted, it will be shipped to you or you may choose a pickup arrangement mutually agreed upon.
I do require a 50% deposit of the total price before work is started and a contract to be signed to protect us all. The remaining balance will be due when the portrait is finished and before delivery.
